Ms. Laura that works for the front desk of Ms Ferguson office was super disrespectful today with me for the second time ever interacting with her she got upset because I didn’t want to pay towards my balance and did not check me in until she was satisfied with me saying “I’ll pay it next time” I asked her whats the big deal if my doctor doesn’t say anything then why are you?
