10/10 wonderful service awesome staff First time I came here the doctors are very professional and well advanced unlike some dentists they made me feel comfortable no anxiety they explained everything to me step by step no judgment teeth not supposed to be perfect all the time thank you to Farah and the wonderful staff you guys are awesome! Place very clean and spotless enough chairs wait time it wasn't bad only one patient i would 100% give them chance if you feel like your dentist doesn't listen to you
If you want to be harassed for a dental checkup this is the place for you. I disconnected my phone number, as I'm out of the country with no return date. They e mailed me to book another cleaning appointment. I didn't respond as I didn't think it was necessary. They proceeded to call my emergency contact to book a follow-up. I think this is a total misuse of client information, as it is not an emergency. I will not be returning to this office.
Used up my entire 4 scaling units in 1 session unlike 4 as agreed beforehand with receptionist AND explained to hygenist, then they not only deny that agreement (labeling it as a "misunderstanding") but also claim it is "unethical" to divide it into 4 sessions (as agreed), and that the hygienist saw that is required (even though I already did full scaling only 3 to 4 months ago). Sandra at Hopedale Dental did amazing work today. Truly outstanding care. Every single time my family comes here, we leave happy, comfortable, and completely satisfied. The team is professional, kind, and attentive, and they consistently make the experience a positive one. Highly recommend.
