i’ve been requesting that someone reach out to me for weeks now about the fraud that Hopebridge is running. i’ve been extremely nice and given every opportunity for this company to explain to me why they wasted me and my child’s time. my next steps will be to reach out to the board 😘
Umma rate y’all a 1 cause I been coming there for 3 weeks trying to get my child an appointment. Y’all never answer the phone !! Like how I’m suppose to start this process and y’all can’t even answer the phone. Y’all staff been lying to me for 3wks like they put my child in the system and haven’t did nothing yet. It’s sad and unprofessional !!!!!! Do better seriously
HopeBridge is a wonderful ABA center , the staff is very nice & professional & they really care about the children meeting their goals and objectives. My baby has been going here for 5months now & she has learned to point to objects that she wants , she can sit independently now , she has gained 5 new words (she’s non verbal) she engages in her toys & activities on her own now .
