The Orlando Center is just as bad as the Rockledge Center. We were slightly late due to horrible Orlando traffic that we were not familiar with as we are from another county. The front desk and doctor didn't care even though we called in advance about being late. The appointment was reserved for two -three hours, you would think the Dr would at least do a partial appointment given the amount of time, tolls, and gas we took to drive out there...but no. This facility is amazing. The waitlist was long but well worth the wait. My sons provider was very kind and informative. She explained what she was looking for and how she evaluated him during the whole process and she also explained the next steps and allowed me to wait for her final score. The facility was also very nice and clean. The office staff called to make sure we had all the paperwork in order and also gave me an email with resources. I am very impressed.
I love the whole setup! Staff was very friendly and helpful, my son loves the place already and fits right in!😄
The staff and doctor are wonderful. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend to friends and family.
