They refuse to heat up my son's food and feed him food and they don't let parents know when they r out of pull ups and clothes and other stuff

Rating based on customer service alone. Made inquiries about services, submitted the paperwork, and was told I would receive a follow up after an insurance benefit check. I received it back after 2-3 weeks with none of my insurance insurance information on there and it had me listed as self pay. I reached out to my initial contact explaining this discrepancy and she told me she doesn't handle that and someone should call me but they never did. . The staff is so friendly and communicative. It is a big time commitment sending your child here but the payout is absolutely worth it! ABA therapy at Hopebridge has changed our family’s lives

This place was wonderful before Hopebridge took over. I will say, turnover was pretty high when we were there,. We were going 3 hours a day, and hopebridge thought it would great to put every child on a block schedule, so 3 hours went 5!! Even in the summer time, my child wouldn't get to enjoy summer break, as he'd be in therapy all day, no exception, everyone was expected to attend 5 hours.
