Had an intake evaluation with my child recently and was told of his appointed schedule for the center, then 2 weeks later I receive an email in regards to the evaluation after being told my child will be attending this facility, in this email it stated all these bad things about my child, which neither are correctly explaining his behavior! All are FALSE ACCUSATIONS, which I believe I may need to take a step further, nevertheless it breaks my heart to see all these false claims. Terrible service. My son never got to go here because of mismanagement. Ihad an intake apppointment, that very day of the appointment it gets cancelled and im told ill get someone to call to reschedule. This was in may we are now almost in november and nothing no call nothing. I did call twice and was told to be patient that i was getting rescheduled. I gave up. If this is how they do things before even gwtting my son . To get

My son went to this center previously for 3 years, I usually donate his old clothes to the center, So I went there the other day and the new manager they have has an nasty attitude and very rude, not only did I stand there while she was talking on the for 5 minutes not once did she ever say “Hi, Hello, Welcome or give me a few minutes “just kept looking then when got off the phone and had an attitude speaking to me, I don’t know where Hopebridge got her from but she is rude and I’m happy my son does not go to this center any... read more

It’s sad to say that all of the negative reviews are correct! My child was diagnosed as being on the Autism Spectrum since she was 3 years old. She is now 6 going on 7. When she was diagnosed she was given a prescription for ABA therapy by the Marcus Autism Center. I contacted Hopebridge for ABA therapy because this was the only center close to our area, and I was told that services had stopped because COVID-19 had just hit, and that they were also opening a new facility, and would be in contact with me once services started... read more

My son has been going here since late August and there has already been such a improvement in him. The staff are kind and welcoming. They really are about the kids and I love it so much. I saw improvements within the first month of him being there. As long as you do what is needed at home and they are doing what is needed in the school your child will thrive. Thank you camp creek hopebridge.
