Where do I even begin? My son was on their waitlist for over two years, and during that time, I had to constantly call for updates. Communication was poor, and it felt like we were forgotten. When they finally called to say we were close to being scheduled, I had already lost all confidence in their process and no longer wanted to move forward. I do not recommend this ABA company—it’s not worth your time or energy.

My daughter has been going here for about two years now, and I honestly believe they need a more compassionate staff if they’re going to be working with children with special needs. At first, I came there cordial and professional because it took a lot to get spot in the facility, but there have been times where I am putting myself in unsafe predicaments to beat the 9:15 cut off time. My son has been attending this school when his therapist session isn’t canceled!!!! I highly doubt not recommend this school especially if you have a life or a career you’re pursuing to be great for your little scholar !! , they call and cancel appointments @8am when child is supposed to arrive between 8:45am -9:05am , tell us we suppose to call and cancel session anytime between a day early or a couple hours early or it would count against there attendance but when they do it , it cool !! Terrible service. My son never got to go here because of mismanagement. Ihad an intake apppointment, that very day of the appointment it gets cancelled and im told ill get someone to call to reschedule. This was in may we are now almost in november and nothing no call nothing. I did call twice and was told to be patient that i was getting rescheduled. I gave up. If this is how they do things before even gwtting my son . To get

My son went to this center previously for 3 years, I usually donate his old clothes to the center, So I went there the other day and the new manager they have has an nasty attitude and very rude, not only did I stand there while she was talking on the for 5 minutes not once did she ever say “Hi, Hello, Welcome or give me a few minutes “just kept looking then when got off the phone and had an attitude speaking to me, I don’t know where Hopebridge got her from but she is rude and I’m happy my son does not go to this center any... read more
