They make me feel like I can breathe and go to appointments knowing my son is in good hands. Staff members go far and beyond their everyday activities. Jessica and Chris are wonderful with my son. Chris especially one of the best staff member hope bridge has. Always going far and beyond his day to always help us understand this whole new life we have with our son. He just genuinely cares! Website form is a joke. Will not let me complete. So I call, speak to a person who says they are taking new patients, and takes a ton of information down. Tells me that an outreach person will be in touch soon to discuss scheduling. Over a month later and NOTHING. Called two weeks after the original call to check up and was apologized to. Lady tried taking all of my information AGAIN and I hung up and said FORGET IT.
