Website form is a joke. Will not let me complete. So I call, speak to a person who says they are taking new patients, and takes a ton of information down. Tells me that an outreach person will be in touch soon to discuss scheduling. Over a month later and NOTHING. Called two weeks after the original call to check up and was apologized to. Lady tried taking all of my information AGAIN and I hung up and said FORGET IT.
