Hopebridge therapists are professionally skilled at working with my grandson, serious minded at redirecting and helping him work on treating others kindly, respectfully and to not hurt anyone. What they work on with him there they tell me so I can work on the same thing with him at home. He is getting the best education on how to interact with others. Thank you hopebridge for helping us, I wouldn’t send my grandson anywhere else!
Been trying to make an appointment for a Diagnostic Assessment for months. Called to follow up on when we could possibly book since we haven’t heard any response. The person who answered was incredibly rude and acted like it was a horrific inconvenience to answer a simple inquiry. They had an attitude and said that we just have to wait and see if someone calls us and that we are not able to even be given an idea about time frames, wait, etc. This is extremely unprofessional.
This was such a wonderful experience and we are excited for my son to begin therapy with Hopebridge. The staff was wonderful and informative throughout these beginning stages in the process. They were able to get us in quickly for the evaluation which was so detailed and explained thoroughly. They make sure that you are taken care of and feel knowledgeable about the entire process.
We started the process of getting an autism diagnosis for our son on November 9th. They took all of our information and his pediatrician sent over a referral. The facility informed me that their corporate office sets up the appointments and it can take 6 weeks to get a diagnostic appointment.
