Don’t waste your time on this place! They are terribly unprofessional and do not answer or return calls or emails. I would give zero stars if possible! My son has been on the waiting list for probably 2 years at this point. I can’t even get ahold of anyone to let them know that I took him elsewhere over a year ago. After reading some of the other reviews I think we dodged a bullet.
This hopebridge center is simply amazing. My son was cared for, loved, taught, and loved going to here. He would ask to go on weekends and holidays. Our BCBA Alycia taught us so much and helped us create a wonderful environment at home for my son to learn. Speech exploded, tantrums went to typical level for his age, and so much more. If I could give 0 starts I would , this place lacks communication I’ve been referred here to have an diagnosis and already got my son evaluated elsewhere and scheduling for therapy in the process , clearly there’s no organization here no hope for hopebridge
3rd update! 8/15/24- DO NOT take your child to be diagnosed here, they have unqualified people diagnosing our children. I just found out the person who tested my daughter isn’t even qualified, not a psychologist, just an LPC which is not acceptable for most insurances. You will be billed and then you will have to take your child elsewhere. This place absolutely a waste of time and stress. Edit/Update: They contacted me finally and I was able to book an apt. If you're looking into having your child scheduled for an Autism evaluation be prepared to wait an absurd amount of time to hear back. A referral was sent by my sons pediatrician back in August of 2023 and it has been a mess. It took a month for me to hear back just for the representative to tell me my insurance was out of network which I knew didn't make sense since they accept Blue cross Blue Shield.
