I wanted to let the parents know my sisters child was (PA) by his rbt here at hopebridge. They let us leave Friday with my nephew (PA). No paperwork of what had happen, Monday she called the 911 and made the report. Hopebridge couldn’t tell her what happened that day, still a week later don’t and told her to go to the court because there employees have rights. We are here to tell our story so if anybody takes there kid here and they get (PA) they don’t even tell you who or what happen!!

Tried to get my daughter evaluated here and the intake specialist Tiffany Mendez-Arroyo was the worst. Kept saying my daughter insurance was inactive but it wasn't and I sent her a picture showing and all she wanted to notice was it saying denied for a diffrent category. Which i explained she was enrolled for kidscare and denied for childrens category but she wanted to say they enrolled her but it got denied. We've been trying to get registered for months, no one EVER answers or Calls back. There was One attempt that we missed in the last 6 MONTHS and still nothing. Terrible service
