Very prompt, professional and detailed with the evaluation process. I was pleased to get a virtual appointment in less than 10 days with a qualified professional. The intake process was smooth and stress-free.
Would highly recommend if you want your children to feel like they matter. this is a place where your child is understood and The staff here are very delightful, professional and they are trustworthy.
My son has been going to Hopebridge for a few months and we’ve seen so much progress from him. The therapists, Managers, BCBA are so nice and professional. The communication between us is great. Overall I am immensely grateful for this center and the team who work with us and my son.
It’s been over 6 months and my child is not really showing improvement. I’ll be patient and give them more time but if I don’t see improvement soon I’m going to remove her. Other than that the staff is ok. A little passive aggressive at times. A guy who was my favorite therapist is no longer working there so I’m a little sad about that.
