It gives me so much peace leaving my son, Luka, in Hopebridges hands everyday! The way the teachers,therapists & staff, just love on him and get so excited to see him everyday, the way my son runs through the door, every morning, ready to start the day there....It all just melts my heart! You all do such an amazing job with the kiddos and I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. This place is so evil and very mean!! My son had an evaluation this morning and I was told that the dr had a family emergency. I understand that emergencies are unpredictable however when you’re waiting an hour in a waiting room with staff and they give you no updates on the “email” the dr had sent everyone is really concerning. Once I walked in I was never greeted all these teens in the lobby just sitting there . They were staff members !!! 😩 this was so unwelcoming I was looking around and I had to say “good morning”. Janey The BCBA is a disaster. I will not send my child there since she is the worst BCBA I have ever witnessed. She is unhelpful and impolite. She is nothing close being a BCBA. I strongly advise everyone not to send their children to Hope Bridge. They are the worst place to go for help since the administration and BCBAs are all unpleasant and rude. I had to award them a star for writing, even when they don't deserve one.
