Katie was very welcoming and interacted so effectively with our granddaughter. We can't wait for her to start ABA therapy there!
I needed to really sit with myself before sharing my experiences with this facility. It is by no means the worst ABA facility I've encountered, they aren't as compassionate to their kids as some facilities however I don't think they're abusive. However, this facility will literally hire anyone to create an excess of employees. Then they fire their RBTs for arbitrary reasons. VERYYYYYY unorganized hopebridge !! DO NOT bring your child here. From the moment my child started here it’s been nothing but CHAOS and I promise I’m telling the truth. My child is NOT receiving the therapy he needs because there’s “NO STAFFING” everyone quits this location because of the way things are being handled here! The reason I would rate my my experience as a 5 is because it’s the truth! Since Mekhi’s diagnosis I’ve felt so lost and confused. Not knowing how to properly help him, seeking resources only to be told there’s a 2 year waiting list, as a parent you start to feel like a failure not knowing how to properly help your child.
