I needed to really sit with myself before sharing my experiences with this facility. It is by no means the worst ABA facility I've encountered, they aren't as compassionate to their kids as some facilities however I don't think they're abusive. However, this facility will literally hire anyone to create an excess of employees. Then they fire their RBTs for arbitrary reasons. VERYYYYYY unorganized hopebridge !! DO NOT bring your child here. From the moment my child started here it’s been nothing but CHAOS and I promise I’m telling the truth. My child is NOT receiving the therapy he needs because there’s “NO STAFFING” everyone quits this location because of the way things are being handled here!
