VERYYYYYY unorganized hopebridge !! DO NOT bring your child here. From the moment my child started here it’s been nothing but CHAOS and I promise I’m telling the truth. My child is NOT receiving the therapy he needs because there’s “NO STAFFING” everyone quits this location because of the way things are being handled here! The reason I would rate my my experience as a 5 is because it’s the truth! Since Mekhi’s diagnosis I’ve felt so lost and confused. Not knowing how to properly help him, seeking resources only to be told there’s a 2 year waiting list, as a parent you start to feel like a failure not knowing how to properly help your child. But the moment I walked in to Hopebridge, I felt security and a wave of relief washed over me. Seeing adults care for the kiddos without any judgment was beautiful.
