They don't have enough staff so they are constantly cancelling my son's session due to staff shortage. They claim it's on a rolling schedule which would mean they have had to cancel 112 sessions in the last 6 months. My 3 year old son has had 4 sessions canceled since January 2025 and there is 28 kids at the center.
