If I could give 0 stars, I would. I scheduled a phone consultation for today at 12:15 PM and received a confirmation the day before that I would be called at that time. On the morning of the appointment, Roberta reached out to me at 10:39am stating "Good morning, would it be possible to have our phone call today at 12:30 be 12:15?" although my appointment always was at 12:15pm. Moving to Florida from Colorado was a HUGE transition for me. Roberta is easy to talk to, she’s encouraging, and I never feel like she’s judging me. If you’re looking for someone who is optimistic, she’s the one. I look forward to our talks, and she always gives me Godly advice. She doesn’t just say she’s a Christian, she actually has a personal relationship with Jesus. I couldn’t recommend more!
