Several years ago when I was looking for a new therapist I spent a long time researching and looking for a practice that I felt comfortable with. Hope+Wellness has exceeded my expectations. I am very grateful I found this practice and Lauren Maxwell. She has been an exceptional therapist who is kind, compassionate, and insightful.
Lauren got me through a lot with compassion, insight and even some humor. I'd recommend working with her to anyone.
How do I describe how amazing Hope + Wellness - and specifically Dr. Kayleigh Hale has been in my wellness journey? There are not enough characters in this review. I began seeing Kayleigh over three years ago - and can not say enough about how fantastic she has been. Empathetic. Pushy, when necessary (I need it), thoughtful, a trusted advisor, and truly just a good person. If you are lucky enough to work with Kayleigh, it will be the most positive life decision you can make.
Lauren was my therapist for about five years on and off and I can’t say anything but great things! She supported me and guided me through some of my hardest times. I experienced nothing but warmth, kindness, and a place that made me feel safe to open up in. Lauren has been a huge influence in my life and I would refer her to everyone if I could that is seeking out a professional to speak or meet with.
I met Dr. Hale when I had to leave work due to daily, chronic migraine. She helped me manage through this really hard time and find value in my new life. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her.
