The restaurant staff is amazing, as well as the hotel staff . Food is not very healthy for cancer patients at lunch time or dinner time. Breakfast is very good. No vegetarian burgers, sweet potato fries, or other healthier menu items Too many spices, etc. included in most items. . Lots of healthier restaurants closer by. Some patient and hotel guests get their food delivered from the outer restaurants or pick up from them.
An amazing place in every way. Wonderful food, friendly and attentive service. City of Hope wins again.
I’m a patient at City of Hope and was placed in the hotel after a long stay in the hospital. Honestly I’ve never experienced anything like what I just experienced checking out at a hotel in my life. I was contacted 3 times in aggressive and unfriendly/unprofessional manner. About being a few minutes late. Every time we spoke to someone I let them know we are on our way down.
