I think there great people. And as for rude. We all have our rude moments. When ur tired and have taken care or lots of people babys all day long u mite be a little rude some time. They have help me eith my bulldogs. Which are my babys. David would laught at me and give me a hug. But would always make sure my babys were taken care of. So u people that think they are rude. Well put ur self in there shoes. They wirk there ass off keep ur babys alive.
Absolutely outstanding. Would never consider any place else for my babies. David, Sarah & their entire staff very caring, compassionate & gentle.
These guys are great. Every single person who works there is awesome. Love how they love animals. Very reasonable prices too! Will always go there.
As for the wait, we have to be somewhere doing something! I might just as well be waiting my turn, casually getting my pup socialized with the others who are also waiting. I gravitated back to Hope because it always feels right to have my chosen pet under their care. There is never any pressure, but always choices. When I was away for a week, I gave their boarding service a try. Was very pleased to return to a happy little girl. She had been spayed, and I brought her home for her post surgery healing time.
