Pleasantly Surprised. Dr Karen is very efficient. I appreciated her willingness to have an open, two way conversation. When I was done I felt confident in the steps forward.
The Dr is very knowledgeable, she takes time to listen and helps find solutions.
In all my years I've never met a surgeon with more drive to be better and provide not only amazing services, but an amazing bedside manners. She went above and beyond and I couldn't be more thankful!! I highly recommend
Canceled my surgery and didn’t tell me, had to call the day before to be told. Saw her for another issue and she rescheduled the appointment she made. Did an ultrasound for a deep, one year injury, ultrasound didn’t show anything and she seemed uninterested but agreed to request mri. MRI was denied by insurance and she washed her hands of me and told me to find a plastic surgeon for coolsclupt. This is a deep traumatic injury!!!
