I just wanted to share my experience I had with Rahul who works with hops Street as manager first he should never be a manager at all he does not know what he’s doing only looking for the way to get people deposit for no reasons. He is so unprofessional person that I have ever experienced in my life. When you call him many times or send emails no response what so ever. Realtor leasing Agent Renee MacKenzie is very, very rude and unprofessional. Took 3 days to respond to an email about a rental showing. When I was interested in the property, she would not answer she phone or call back. Took a day and a half to answer a leasing question that took 5 minutes would never list a house or rental with her or this company really nasty personality
Hope Street USED TO be great, service WAS excellent. We signed up in 2018, and had amazing service. However, this past year, without being told, we were given a new service manager. Now, we’ve faced unauthorized charges, hidden fees, rude and unreliable customer service. We now do double the work we used to. As others have said, you might as well manage your property yourself.
