Was going to have kim do my hair color, come in for an eval of what it may be. She then tells me my hair is too damaged to dye right now...then proceeds to ask me what shampoo I use I Dove...she laughs and so does the client she has in the chair...never felt so bad about myself. I finally call her to discuss the issue..and how horrible it made me feel...she then tells me that I should not ruin her day just bc My hair is bad. And then hangs up. Really!!! I love the Hopes have always been good people and willing to do for other people. Miss Barbara gives the best facials and massages. Kim has cut and colored my hair in the past and did an excellent job!!
