I have used Hope Springs for routine veterinary care. More recently, My greyhound was attacked by two off leash dogs and sustained some rather serious wounds. It was a traumatic experience. Dr. Hoffman and the staff were just extraordinary in their continued care for my dog.. We had 4 visits in the course of 10 days. I’ve been going to this clinic for years, however today I received a call that will change that. I booked boarding for my dog weeks ago, called last week to confirm and add on immunizations and an exam while she was there. Today I’m told that both boarding appointments that I made in advance for June are now cancelled for “remodeling” that they just found out about. RecommendedI referred my in laws to the Pembroke location, which was closer to their house. Of course, they didn’t disappoint them or me! Their pets medical issues are resolved and is feeling so much better!

Dr. Michelle Hoffman is friendly, loving and warm. Our Max has a little tumor, we were so worried. My family and I know she genuinely cares for our little Max. Which is so important when trusting someone with your beloved pet. She is very knowledgeable, and explains what’s happening with you. She takes time to answer your questions and concerns. Awesome experience! So helpful. Stayed late for us. Emergency Vet office told us 24 hours earlier that my Beagle had pain in her back (maybe from age) and discharged us. Bring her in to Hope Springs & she has an abscess in her back that was totally missed at the other office after they said "they palpated her back." So thankful for Dr. Hoffman & The Staff last night!!
