we have been trying to refill flea meds and your system has been down for nearly two weeks and NOBODY returns phone calls. Terrible service
While the vets and techs are knowledgable and friendly, the desk/reception staff is horrible. They are nice to your face, but seem to care very little about you as a customer and do absolutely nothing to help resolve issues. They are all like family.
I trust them, and I chose them when I investigated available veterinary facilities. I think they are in the top of the line for care for pets.
I love Hope springs, I have taken all of my pets there. They do great with both my dog and cat. They were fantastic and are so caring, even when my 19 year old dog passed away a few months ago. Seriously wonderful group.

Me and my parents have been using Hope Springs/Pembroke Veterinary Clinic for years. The staff is awesome and you can truly see that they all love what they do. Everyone there takes the time to make sure you get the proper care for your pet and they fully listen your concerns. Great job.
