Customer service is one of the best
Horrible guidelines they will discharge you from the entire program for having one bad day and they have a terrible attitude with everybody that comes in there. Would 100 percent not recommend there are much better places where you can get much better treatment.
Hope Hope Spring is truly the best thing that has ever happened to me. Going there feels like heaven. The environment is warm, safe, and welcoming, and all of the staff are incredibly kind and supportive. My individual therapist, Erika, is the best. She is compassionate, patient, and really listens to me. She makes me feel understood and supported every step of the way, and I’m so grateful to be working with her.
