She didn't like that I seem to understand more about the liver than she does. It was obvious my liver problems came from my heart condition, but why wouldn't she give me anything other than miralax to treat my issues until it came time for heart surgery? MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS NP PROVIDER WAS NOT GOOD. SHE FILLED IN FOR MY MD PROVIDER TO DISCUSS SCHEDULING MY 5-YEAR EGD & COLONOSCOPY FOLLOW UP. SHE ATTEMPTED TO SEPARATE THE TWO PROCEDURES BY SIX MONTHS-versus- BOTH PROCEDURES AT ONCE. THIS WOULD CAUSE UNDUE HARDSHIP OF ADDITIONAL CO-PAYS and HAVING TO PREP TWICE. THIS WOULD ALSO ALLOW MEDICAL BILLING FOR TWO SEPARATE PROCEDURES REQUIRING TWO SEPARATE SURGICAL FACILITIES and SEPARATE MEDICAL STAFF. Great straightforward communication with the patient in regards to medical issues presented. Afterwards an unanswered request for some paperwork for work never came to pass. I was able to get a solution within my medical team.
