My experience with Dr. Shoaf at Hope Speaks was extremely distressing. During my last interaction with him, on February 3rd, 2026, he spoke to me in a raised and aggressive tone that felt like yelling. As a patient who was already struggling with significant anxiety and health issues, the interaction left me feeling shaken and unsupported. They are literally experimenting with her health. The dr isn’t treating he... read more

I keep coming here because Dr. Shoaf typically prescribes the right medication, but the office staff are incredibly rude, disrespectful, insulting, and unprofessional just about all the time. I told Brenda that I had about 2 weeks left of medication and she told me in a hostile manner that they wouldn't refill it because I hadn't been there since September and that Dr. Shoaf couldn't see me before February 24th, which would leave roughly 5 or 6 days, where I would have to go without medicine.
