I have been coming here for a few years now. I do not find Shoaf himself particularly helpful, as he never remembered what I said and would ask me repeat irrelevant questions. I switched to Jasmine and she is WONDERFUL. She listens to my concerns and validates them and recommends the best course of action. Dr Shoaff and his staff are very thorough, and they talk to you on what you need and decide the right medicine for you. Good staff.

As so, many changes are happening in medical care, doctors, and services they provide at clinics, I have been very grateful for the consistency and expertise that Dr. Tom Shoaf and his counselors have shown! As a nurse myself, I appreciate the detail intake asked before we meet with Dr. Shoaf and then his knowledge and clinical experience are evident in how he treats our family. I would give Dr. Shoaf and his counselors five stars but sometimes his office staff could improve their customer service skills.
I work in the medical field and often refer to Hope Speaks because of its excellence in all areas!! On a personal level, it has ministered to my family over many years. we are so grateful for Hope Speaks
