Hope Nail Salon was wonderful. They were able to accommodate me with a same-day appointment, which I really appreciated. The staff were incredibly hospitable, kind, and caring throughout the entire experience. The environment felt warm and welcoming, and the attention to detail on my nails was excellent. I went to this nail salon because it was close by my house. Just wanted to a gel x nail removal. But I don’t think they did it thoroughly. Because I see some layer of a nail? I’m not sure, kind of looking like dirt but it’s not… I’ve gotten my gel x nails removed at a different nail salon before, but this place did not do it well. So I wasn’t too satisfied. They weren’t as thorough.

So kind and friendly
This is my second time at this nail salon (first time was perfect red done by Eric), but I had another dude this time and I'm disappointed because the sides of my nails were filed too much and it has been painful for me. Plus one side of the nail is filed more than the other side (especially noticeable on my thumb) and some parts of the nail not completely covered by polish.
