Horrible customer service and professionalism. I had an intake appointment with them and they didn’t even show up so I left the online meeting. They eventually called me back and the woman was so nonchalant about her tardiness. She acted like she didn’t even care, as if I didn’t get off of work to have that appointment. When trying to support black and brown businesses it can be difficult because often times they don’t have the professionalism needed to sustain a business long term.
