Since 2021 we had been working with another real estate agent. After being outbid multiple times and not finding anything interesting, we gave up on the market, renewed our lease and rented another year. Carsten and Curtis Jasper helped us throughout a very challenging sale of a rental home we have. They managed rental of the house for more than 10 years until we decided to sell it. We got an over list price offer the first day of the listing but it fell because there were small encroachments on the 1919 property I was not aware of.
