Marilyn never showed to the appointment that I scheduled with her. I am highly upset and hope management can properly manage their employees.
We brought a property with Hope Realty, and Mrs. Sue was wonderful. She showed us several properties, until we found just the one for us!
Marilyn Smith was absolutely rude when I inquired about a purchase of a new home. She acted like she didn’t have time to talk about it. She asked me for all this information that I didn’t have at the time and she said don’t bother calling back until I have that information. I asked if she could help me in retrieving that information and she said “ those are your responsibilities sir not mine”. Marilyn Smith met us at a property to show us. She brought her husband that was drinking beer in their vehicle and was constantly hollering “are you done yet” not very professional. She also conned my father out of his house. STOLE THIS HOUSE by getting him to sign this paperwork. Supposedly there was a closing date he would get paid and she would not return our phone calls. She took possession of the property for FREE and sold it. She made a 100% profit. We tried to take it to court but since my father signed this paperwork... read more
