I’ve been going to Hope Pharmacy for a while now and there’s never a line. I’m always treated with kindness and respect by each and every employee I interact with. I receive my prescriptions in a timely manner and I’ve never had an issue with them being out of stock. They remember their regulars by name and you can tell they truly care about each and every person who comes in. This is the only pharmacy I trust! Shout out to Sierra and the entire team for going above and beyond! 😊
Great customer service. Very professional.
Poor communication and poor service. Filled a prescription through their online app and while receiving an email confirming receipt of the order, did not receive communication that it would not be filled. They also never refill prescriptions within a reasonable time frame. Their operating hours aren't convenient for working people and closing on Saturday makes them even more unavailable.
Best pharmacy in the city. The pharmacists are kind and professional and fill prescriptions quickly.
Great, helpful staff, community focused.
