They require you to pass by their office to pick up transfer of care medical release forms before they even allow you to make an appointment for your child, and for some reason this is not available online. I have never been required an extra trip to a doctor's office just to fill out forms before an appointment. It's 2024, get with technology, and provide these documents online if you must have it beforehand. I can't type out what all I want to here so short story is I have reason to believe Dr. Moorman doesn't know how to adequately check ears & that is where the problem all started. He confronted me & didn't like what I had to say. He told me if I didn't trust him I need to find a new pediatrician & so I have done just that.
