We had a horrible experience with Hope Network Neuro Rehab, and Writing this review in hopes that other families won’t have to go through what we did. Our loved one stayed here for about 3 weeks at the recommendation of his previous rehab facility, that they had seen good outcomes from Hope Network Neuro Rehab. Worst place ever! We have a family member there and its been a nightmare. Beverly the care manager is the most heartless human being when it comes to the well being of her patients. They do not care about their patients at all.
I was in a bad car accident May 3,1997. I was in a coma for about 2 to 3 weeks. When I got out of the coma I had to stay here at Hope Network until Halloween Day of 1997. I was told I told my mom, dad & Hope Network staff is didn't want to stay here. My mom & dad told me I had my mom crying when they took me there to stay for a while. After I got adjusted to Hope Network is got to go home Friday's to Sundays & go back to Hope Network. From the car accident my memory will never come back fully for the rest of my life. Worst rehab never put a family member their they don’t care for anyone.
Dr Ver Merris the best excellent OT’s,PT’s, etc… when it came to the people that made the higher salary and amazing well most of the younger employees doing their jobs I give them much credit, I do you have to have a very special kind heart to do that kind of work and it is work. I spent two month in there. My only thing is when my insurance ran out I was amazing cured of my traumatic brain injury?! My home care that followed as well? I was like huh?
