Trying to resume services for my daughter's autism after relocating has been a complete nightmare with a phone appt every week for four months and counting.. . so far she hasn't recieved any of the services she qualifies for. Seems like they are making appointments that serve no actual purpose other than to kill time.

High turnover rate. They get rid of the good staff and keep the ones that are only there for a paycheck. Low pay for what staff deals with. Under trained staff working with people that have mental health. Manger that mico manages staff. No team work. This could be a really useful program of they were staffed with better Management and more trained staff
