Dr. Gray is awesome and so is her staff, especially the ladies that run the front desk. They are ALWAYS so nice and super helpful whenever I have questions or concerns about my pets. I highly recommend HMRAH.
I'll keep this short and sweet because otherwise, it'll be quite lengthy. The most precious, young, stray, starving kitten walked into my world a couple weeks ago. We have our own big crew so, despite all of my heart wanting to, I knew I couldn't keep her. No one claimed her, which was probably wise, given the shape she was in - I would have reported them and yelled at them. Earlier this year my dog broke out in HORRIBLE hives all over her body. I immediately called them, they were nearing closing time but went above & beyond to help my pup. They told me to come down right away and they would help her. That truly showed me how much they value the health of animals. They really are SO caring and give the best customer service. I always feel comfortable taking my dogs there and referring them to friends and family!!�
Everyone from the staff answering the phones to the techs and doctors are amazing here. I've changed vets a few times and this office is the first one I found where they don't charge you outrageous prices. My bulldog hurt herself and I was expecting to spend a lot of money to get her fixed and we walked out with a $35 bill. You won't be disappointed by this office.
I'm seriously so grateful for this vet clinic! We pulled two dogs from the local animal services and the female was spayed at Hope Mills and boarded overnight until we could pick her up. They even let the other dog we rescued stay there for the day. Everyone was so pleasant and it's easy to tell they truly love animals. We will definitely be doing business with them again!
Love this vet, everyone is so nice and care about the animals. They take the time to answer any questions you have about your babies. I’ll never go to another vet as long as this ones doors are opened
The ladies here are the best. Yesterday we said goodbye to our furbaby and they cried with us and were very supportive. Dr Gray, Dr Silvious and staff were with us during this difficult time. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
You KNOW the entire staff cares! This was our first time & it was during a crisis situation. My beautiful Belle (13 years) was sick, not eating much, low energy--me & my boys were nervous! The staff was determined to find out was going on & they were so gentle with her. It has been 24 hours & Belle is showing great improvement.
