Wow. I called a week before Valentines Day to order some flowers well in advance and got a recording saying they were closed until after Valentines Day and asking that we don't leave any messages. It seems they are bothered by people wanting to do business with them. Very odd, obviously won't use them in the future.

I live in Arkansas and my Aunt lives in Hope Mills, NC. I wanted to send her some flowers to cheer her up due to her health issues. So, I called this florist, because it was close to my aunt residence. I called and I didn't get the lady's name but she was very pleasant and advised me on the ordering process. She took the time to let me know that fresh flowers would be in the next day and she could proceed with my order then. Fast forward next day (today). I haven’t lived in NC since 2011 but any and every time i ever needed anything floral this was my one stop shop for all of my needs. I purchased orders for each of my children feb 14 and ALWAYS had them delivered 1. They never disappointed 2. They ALWAYS understood the assignment My friend’s grandmother transitioned and I didn’t think twice where we would purchase an arrangement from…I’m truly grateful for the quality as well as customer service
