Went for postpartum care to seek help for postpartum depression. Waited almost two hours after my scheduled appointment for the dr to disregard my concerns and tell me to get more sleep. Another separate visit I waited almost an hour for bloodwork then I was told I had to go across town to Womack directly for a panel submitted after they drew almost four tubes of blood. At Womack I was told the bloodwork could have been done at the clinic at the same time. The nurses at Womack urged me to submit a complaint.
I called to get information and they do not pick up the phones, they just disconnect. Also the patient advocate number is a fax. Can not get through at all.
I like Hope Mills Medical Home, but they DESPERATELY need to answer their phones. I think the care is good, but they definitely don’t have a good system for receiving calls.
