answer the damn phone
I love going to the Hope Mills Medical Home. But what I don't like is you can never speak to anyone when you call directly. The system will transfer you to the front desk, but no one ever answers the phone. It's sad when you have to drive there in order to speak with someone. They definitely need to change some things there.
I recently found out I’m pregnant, which is why I came in today. It’s an emotional time — I’m happy, but also dealing with nausea and just wanted to get home and rest. Unfortunately, I was met with a dismissive attitude from the pharmacist, who spoke to me in a way that felt patronizing and unkind. I had some issues in the past with my messages getting to my PCM and the ability to even search for him, but it looks like some recent upgrades to MHS Genesis has fixed all my issues. I'd also like to add that NP Jernigan is very professional and one of the best PCMs I've had assigned to me. He deserves a raise!
They don’t answer the phone. I’ve tried calling several times over about 20 minutes. Finally answered on about the 9th call.
