This is the 4th time I've been here(today for a windshield) they've cut mirrors and glass for me....very friendly and thoughtful ppl!
Came to them with a newly painted Firebird Formula Knight Rider Kitt replica to put a windshield in. Had a $5,000 paint job on the car. Professionally painted. They put the blame on us loading the car on the trailer and that the 5" dent was already there before we brought it there. $300 dollars in damage and they don't want to own up to the damages. Joe Cox Glass was an excellent service and did all 6 of my cars before hand with no complaints. Now being bought out by Hope Mills Glass.. clearly they don't take care of the cus... read more
