I waited over 2 months to see Josh Woodland, apparently the practice owner (that’s what I was told by the receptionist). I really had been counting on this appointment, as I’ve been struggling mentally very badly lately. 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment, I receive a message from him saying he is sick and just can’t make it. 5 minutes before. Was surprised how quickly they were able to get me scheduled and get me some help. I have enjoyed working with the therapist so far, and have had an easy time rescheduling when needed. Appreciate the virtual aspect, as I live in a rural area.
This company should be reported. They are dealing with individuals with mental health issues while some in a crisis, and they do NOT take appointments seriously. I booked an appointment with Satu Woodland over a week out. I never received an email, confirmation, text, NOTHING. I showed up at 7 am to the office listed in Meridian and when I got there no one was there and the door to the building was locked.
