I had my first healing session today with Collette at Hope Massage. She used her tuning forks on me while I laid on the PEMF mattress, which I found to be very relaxing and then we moved on to her sound healing bowls. I fell into a deep meditation while on her table and was able to completely let go & de-stress. She was very good at educating me on her findings after our session which I really appreciate.
