Absolute nightmare. Avoid this company at all costs. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. From the moment I tried to communicate with them about a new lease, it was painfully obvious that they couldn’t care less about their customers. Emails were ignored, misunderstood, or answered with generic nonsense — as if no one actually reads anything. PLEASE stay away from these people. We have an issue with the intercom in our apartment and they are now ignoring any emails, phone calls and text messages sent to them. It's been a month and they don't even have the decency to get back to you and say why it's taking too long. If wish I had seen the reviews here before we signed the lease smh!!!
