New customer here but so far so good. Between getting a quote, having some questions answered live and having the crew out for the first service, everything has gone very well and has been handled professionally. Would definitely recommend.
We started this service and I paid $108 as a new customer and the work they did didn't even hold up a week. We came back to brown clippings all on top of our lawn. ( Mind you it was not that long between us changing companies from the previous owners). I have had other houses and other lawns and this was a shoddy job. I'm giving them 1 extra star cus the cancellation was easy and polite. I was pretty bummed that our little house seemed to just be a rush job after though. After back surgery, I needed someone to handle the lawn for about two months. I called Hope Lawns and they were here the next day. They were highly communicative and did a great job on the lawn. I'll definitely use again in the future when the need arises.
