Customer service is always exceptional! I always love my lashes. I’ve used 2 of the techs (Cindy/Hope). It’s not completely quiet as some customers have to bring their children with them to get serviced and it’s a suite style environment so expect the techs to communicate loud enough to be heard in the next cubical. I’ve been a customer for almost 3years. (Updated 4/15/25 they added a threading service. I was pleased with the results as I normally only use Indian ladies.)
The young one that was there yesterday around 4pm left me sitting in the room for over 30 mins because she couldn’t get my eyebrows even and didn’t want to fix them.But I fixed them myself and gave myself a nice wax for the wait
