This is a great company. I just bought and received one of their 19.5 high resolution touchscreen monitors. I actually received it via UPS the day after I ordered it. It is a well built, high quality industrial touchscreen. It was easy to setup and it looks great. This monitor will become my standard offering to my customers in my control systems. I am really happy with it.
We use Hope Industrial Touch Screens and monitors exclusively in our fiber optic cable manufacturing plant. We use panel mount, rack mount and yoke mounted designs. All install easily and work perfectly. I can't remember the last time we had a Hope Industrial monitor fail -- they are borderline indestructible. I spoke with Mike at Hope Industrial Systems concerning a replacement for an old 20" touch screen. He was very knowledgeable and almost instantly provided the part number of the replacement screen. I was pleased that a human answered the phone and I did not have to deal with a touch-tone selection menu and voicemails. I spoke with a person who had the appropriate knowledge and training to help me without transferring me to another department. Thank you!
