Was told at the last minute that the care provider wasn't coming. Have no way get my child off the bus. So unprofessional, took months to find help and then when I did they pulled it. NEVER use this company - nothing but promises not fulfilled, calls not returned, constantly giving excuses and the most horrible experience when I trusted them to take care of my autistic son
