I've had horrible experiences with this agencyhave had numerous situations where my loved one has been left uncared for because of their inability to staff reliable help and replace staff who calls out last minute. Had a conversation with April who i expressed my displeasure with the constant and consistent lack of care.I informed her my decision on changing agencies and asked if she would recommend one only for her to tell me that my experience would be the same anywhere else I went. Adult protective services, and law enforcement have been contacted. Your agency was also contacted 5&6 Jul 2018 and provided nonchalant response from Beverly.
