I called and gave my information. They asked for ssi numbers. I still haven’t heard anything back. I’ve reached out to other family shelters and been turned down. I’m married and we’re a large family. We don’t qualify for cash assistance, foolish of me to think we would, qualify for homelessness prevention programs. My health caused my family to experience hardship.

My only regret is not coming to Hope House FIRST. I went down a lot of dark roads when I could have just came here and asked for help. The life skills that I learned while living here and the resources they have helped me to get on my feet and now we have a home of our own!

I stayed in this place years ago with my kids , and it was absolutely TERRIBLE! the people in charge at the shelter were arrogant , rude , and had no sympathy or want to understand the women and their situations there . these are critical moments in women’s lives , where they have lost everything , you would think they would at least be nice or treat the residents with respect. Hi need shelter asap I am sitting outside as I type with a soon 2 be 6month old and my fiance long story short he was working paying rent and they tried 2 harm me then him lost his job due to know shelter and bad hygiene please help he will work ee need shelter please

Great place for anyone who was
