I'm personally a foster youth, can't really say much, but this more of social workers that work there but there's several buildings that relate to this. Also when you enter gotta sign in and say who you are and the Cws or what ever reason you have they'll be a security guards also their lock closes. Also in there it's just people working there Cws.
