The owner of the company is the most unprofessional person ever. You can't have a conversation with her without her yelling, screaming, cursing. She never paid me for my service after working a 12hr shift that I was never trained to do. I refused to ever work there again. She said she's not paying me because she didnt like my attitude. This company was full of promises of how well staffed and services they provide. It’s all been empty promises. Caretakers are always calling in. Hope rarely even calls to let you know that the caretaker calls in so I won’t know unless the caretaker text me or calls me. (which is frowned upon by the agency) or I get a phone call from the school to inform me no one is there to get my daughter off the bus.
