I needed a second opinion about work a prior HVAC contractor said I needed done. Ryan came out and found the real problem, the unit just needed to be cleaned properly. It’s “purring like a kitten” and heating properly now. Thanks so much Hope Heating and Air. Nice to know that there are still honest and knowledgeable companies still out there. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.
I had a very positive experience with this company. I had an issue where another HVAC company had made a routine visit, and told me that the compressor in my unit was not working. Ryan and his colleague visited my home to give me a second opinion, and they were prompt, conducted their diagnostic and were very honest about my system by letting me know there were no issues. Spectacular experience with Dwight and Hope Heating and Air! They were extremely communicative about arrivals and if they were running a little late. Dwight was very knowledgeable and very patient with all of our questions and concerns. He was also very respectful of our home. He was able to save us $1000s of dollars with a simple fix for our furnace. Never were we told our unit was too old or we must buy a new unit! Best customer service we have ever received from any AC company we’ve dealt with in Georgia!
