When our system started to leak unexpectedly from a clogged drain pipe,Hope Heating and AC Repair came to the rescue. From the first phone call on a Saturday to the finished repair, Ryan was professional, responsive, and genuinely reassuring during a stressful situation. What impressed me most was his honesty. and genuine concern. Ryan took the time to explain exactly what went wrong, what needed to be fixed, and why, without any pressure or upselling. I came away understanding my system better than I ever have, and I felt ... read more

Semi annual service call. Atlanta traffic was haywire but Hope Heating and Air were communicative. Dwight was a delight and treated our service with care. I found Hope a few months ago when I needed a second opinion after another (heavily advertised) HVAC vendor said our

Our A/C died on one of the hottest days of July, and Hope Heating & Air saved the day. Easily the best experience I’ve ever had with home maintenance / repair. Ryan S from Hope Heating & Air Conditioning was prompt, professional, kind, extremely knowledgable, and fixed our new home’s AC problems right away. No sales pitches, no scams, no fleecing, he is a consummate professional and a good person. He discussed all options with me in a frank and open manner, and made reasonable (not self-profitable) suggestions. They are definitely our new go-to for all AC and Heater needs.

This is my second experience with Hope Heating & Air and I would recommend their service to anyone. Ryan came out a year ago for emergency service. Today Alex completed whole home air duct cleaning, air vents cleaning and dryer lint cleaning. I couldn't be happier. I could swear the air already feels better. With 2 units and 2 level home, the cleaning was done expertly, timely and looks so much better. Wish I had before/after pics. Thank you guys so much! See you on the next service appointment!
