Spectacular experience with Dwight and Hope Heating and Air! They were extremely communicative about arrivals and if they were running a little late. Dwight was very knowledgeable and very patient with all of our questions and concerns. He was also very respectful of our home. He was able to save us $1000s of dollars with a simple fix for our furnace. Never were we told our unit was too old or we must buy a new unit! Best customer service we have ever received from any AC company we’ve dealt with in Georgia!
Absolutely incredible service.Hope Heating & Air is the only company that showed up when we desperately needed help. Our house was over 80 degrees, and with the heat becoming unbearable, we needed someone fast. They responded quickly, were kind, accommodating, and completely fair with their pricing. Our AC was up and running in under an hour. Their name says it all. They truly brought hope back into our home. Highly recommend.
Called early in the morning on the coldest day I had seen thus far. They answered and showed up on time. They had great rates. Took around 30 mins. Boom! My heat was back! I can finally relax and de-layer. Thanks Ryan! He was a really nice and genuine guy.
